This 1974 modified Ford Bronco is finished in blue with a removable white hardtop over a black vinyl interior, and it is powered by a 302ci V8 paired with a floor-shifted three-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case. The truck was refurbished and modified under previous ownership and is equipped with Rancho shocks, an Edelbrock carburetor, MSD electronic ignition, Dakota Digital gauges, and LED exterior lighting as well as front disc brakes, air conditioning, bucket front seats, and a Pioneer CD stereo. The truck was acquired by the seller out of Arizona in April 2020 and was previously offered on BaT in December 2020. Work in preparation for the sale included replacing an auxiliary fuel tank and installing 17″ Method Racing wheels. This Bronco is now offered with a Deluxe Marti report, partial service records, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
Originally finished in Chrome Yellow (G), the truck was repainted in its current blue under previous ownership and is equipped with a removable white hardtop. Other exterior details include chrome bumpers and trim, a roof rack, LED headlights and taillights with billet bezels, and dual exhaust outlets.
Bronze-finished 17″ Method Racing wheels were mounted recently and wear Falken Wildpeak M/T tires. The front axle features manually locking Warn hubs, and a matching spare is mounted on a swing-away carrier out back. The ride height has been raised, and the suspension utilizes Rancho shocks as well as a Bilstein steering stabilizer. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench that were reupholstered in black vinyl as well as matching door panels and body-colored steel surfaces. Equipment includes air conditioning, a Duff floor-shifter with a pool ball shift knob, and a locking Tuffy center console housing a Pioneer CD stereo. The factory AM radio is retained in the dashboard but is inoperable, and the air conditioning system was serviced in November 2020.
The wood-rimmed three-spoke steering wheel is mounted ahead of a billet steering column bezel and a Dakota Digital Retrotech RTX-66F-BRO-X gauge cluster. The digital odometer shows 200 miles, though total mileage is unknown.
The 302ci V8 is equipped with MSD electronic ignition, an Edelbrock carburetor and Pro-Flo 14″ chrome air cleaner assembly, Hedman headers, an MSD Ford Street Pro billet distributor and Blaster coil, and “Powered by Ford” finned aluminum valve covers. An Optima Red Top battery and Ford Racing 9mm spark plug wires were installed during current ownership.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels via a three-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case. Three fuel tanks are fitted, one of which was replaced in preparation for the sale. Additional underbody photographs are provided in the gallery below.
The Deluxe Marti report shows initial delivery to Sutton-Brock Motor Co. of Alamogordo, New Mexico, as well as factory colors, options, and production statistics. This is an absolutely gorgeous modified 1974 Ford Bronco. If you are a Bronco lover, go for it.
