2001 BMW M5 with only 24k miles is finished in Anthracite Metallic over black Nappa Heritage leather and powered by a 4.9-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes navigation, heated and power-adjustable front seats, fold-down rear seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, Park Distance Control, xenon headlights with washers, and a power sunroof. Modifications include 19″ Dinan wheels, Koni Sport dampers, B&G Suspension Systems lowering springs, an aftermarket exhaust system, an 850CSi-specification clutch, and Evolve Tuning engine management software. The car was sold new in California and spent time in Arizona and Virginia before the current owner acquired it in May 2014, and it now has just over 27k miles. This E39 M5 is now offered on dealer consignment in Georgia with an accident-free Carfax report and a clean Wisconsin title.

The body is finished in Anthracite Metallic (397) accented by Shadowline trim, and equipment includes a rear lip spoiler, a power sunroof, fog lights, front and rear parking sensors, xenon headlights with washers, and quad exhaust outlets. The windows are tinted, and paint protection film covers the hood and front bumper. The owner notes a scratch in the paint protection film on the left side of the front bumper.

The 4.9-liter S62 V8 features double-VANOS variable valve timing and was modified by a previous owner with Evolve Tuning Alpha N engine management software, an aFe Power air-intake system, and a UF Motorsports intake-air temperature sensor relocation kit. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission fitted with an aftermarket 3.45:1 final drive, a JB Racing aluminum flywheel, and an 850CSi-specification clutch. The exhaust system is modified with Supersprint headers and mid-pipes, a Rogue Engineering X-pipe, and Dinan mufflers and tail pipes. The owner states the transmission and differential were serviced 500 miles ago, and records indicate that the front fender liners were replaced in 2007 following damage to the original liners.

The window sticker lists factory equipment, colors, options, and a total suggested retail price of $73,245. Manufacturer’s literature and service records from new are included in the sale.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration, service, and emissions inspection history in California, Virginia, Arizona, and Wisconsin. A recall associated with the driver’s side airbag is listed in January 2017.
