Electric Ferrari 308 GTE
Purists will hate it. But EV enthusiasts and Ferrari enthusiasts are going to absolutely love this. All DIY project car enthusiasts will also love this brilliantly modified Ferrari 308. Originally a Ferrari 308 GTS, it got converted to electric with the owner renaming it to Ferrari 308 GTE.
Apart from the electric theme, there are many other things special about this car. The build is so clean and modern while elegantly embedded into the classic finish.
Ferrari 308 GTE Engine
This car is fitted with a Tesla engine and set of batteries again taken from Tesla. It produces more than 500 HP with 600 NM of Torque.
The batteries and the engines are installed in such a way that the weight distribution is perfectly aligned at 50-50. This greatly improves stability and handling.
Design
There is absolutely no compromise on the original design of this Ferrari. Even the interior dashboard and dials are kept untouched. Interesting a digital screen is added with the battery and charging details.
Because of the meticulously installed drive train and batteries, the car’s center-of-gravity also remains very low. This also adds additional stability in higher speeds. With 500+ horse powers this car is almost twice as fast as the original Ferrari 308GTS.
